Established in 2016, Abate Machinery is situated in the Paso Robles wine country of California and provides a range of agricultural-related services including repair and design. As their business expanded rapidly over a few years, they introduced Deutz-Fahr Tractors to the portfolio and now sell these machines to customers and support them in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, & Monterey Counties.

About the Owner
My name is Jared Abate, and I'm the founder of Abate Machinery. I graduated from CalPoly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2009 and moved on to work as an engineer at a large equipment manufacturing company in Salinas. After getting married and moving back to San Luis Obispo, I decided to start my own business, and Abate Machinery was born. At Abate Machinery, we specialize in the repair of any make of tractors and on-highway equipment. We also sell Deutz-Fahr tractors and other vineyard equipment. Our mission is to provide quality service and top-notch products and to build lasting relationships with our customers. We strive to be helpful, kind, informative, creative, and friendly in all aspects of our business.
We Partner with the Carl Moyer Program
Abate Machinery Cares about our environment and we go the extra mile to
take initiatives for clean air by partnering with the Carl Moyer Program.
The Carl Moyer Program is a voluntary grant program that reduces air pollution from vehicles and
equipment by providing incentive funds to private companies and public agencies to purchase
cleaner-than-required engines, equipment, and emission reduction technologies. The program has
been implemented since 1998 through a partnership between the California Air Resources Board
(CARB) and California’s 35 local air pollution control and air quality management districts.
